Bing Social Automation – Privacy Policy, Terms of Service & Data Deletion

Bing Social Automation is an internal business tool operated by The Bing Pizza, LLC. It is used to create, schedule, publish, and measure content for Facebook Pages managed by The Bing Pizza.
INFORMATION WE ACCESS
Through Meta’s APIs, the application may access:
• The name and identifier of the authorized Facebook account
• Facebook Page identifiers and basic Page information
• Page posts and associated content
• Post-performance information, including views, reactions, comments, shares, and clicks
• Access tokens required to perform authorized Page-management functions
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information is used only to manage The Bing Pizza’s social-media content, publish approved posts, measure performance, improve scheduling, and maintain internal records.
We do not sell personal information or use information for unrelated advertising, profiling, or data-broker activities.
INFORMATION SHARING AND SECURITY
Information is not shared with outside parties except service providers necessary to operate the application, such as Meta, Google Workspace, and secure hosting providers. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect stored credentials and business data.
DATA RETENTION
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the application, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve technical issues. Access tokens may be revoked at any time through Facebook or Meta account settings.
DATA DELETION REQUESTS
To request deletion of information associated with Bing Social Automation, email [info@thebingpizza.com](mailto:info@thebingpizza.com) with the subject line “Bing Social Automation Data Deletion Request.”
Include enough information to identify the applicable Facebook account or Page. Requests will be reviewed and completed within 30 days unless retention is legally required. Users may also remove the application through their Facebook settings.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By authorizing Bing Social Automation, you confirm that you have authority to manage the connected Facebook Page and permit the application to perform the Page-management functions you approve.
The application is provided for internal business use without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific social-media results. Users must comply with Meta’s terms, policies, and applicable laws. Authorization may be revoked at any time.
